Bank of Industry

The Bank of Industry (BOI), Nigeria—as part of its mandate to drive financial inclusion and empower underserved communities—introduced the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP). This federal government initiative was designed to provide access to affordable credit for micro-enterprises, traders, artisans, farmers, and women entrepreneurs who are often excluded from traditional banking systems.

Under GEEP, BOI launched a suite of innovative micro-credit products, structured into three flagship programs:

  1. TraderMoni – Targeting small-scale traders and market women with quick, collateral-free loans.

  2. MarketMoni – Designed for cooperative societies, traders’ associations, and small business owners requiring slightly higher financing.

  3. FarmerMoni – Focused on smallholder farmers, supporting agricultural productivity with loans and input financing.

Objective

Initially, the objective was to craft a visually captivating brochure to enhance the grant submission.

Following the successful grant award, the focus transitioned to developing visually compelling and educational motion designs and graphics.

Team

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create effective design solutions that accurately conveyed our vision to the target audience and helped to guide user journeys.
